Conductive Dryers’ main characteristic is that the heating medium and product do not come in contact. Heat is delivered to the product through contact  witha heated metal wall. Drying capacity is determined by the dryer’s total heated wall area. 

ENERCOM^® manufactures three types of conductive dryers: Rota-tube (SV), Rota-disc (SD) and single or double screw dryers. Dryer type choice depends on the needs of each client and product type.

 Rota-Tube

Large Heated Areas (up to 1400 m2) can be obtained using  ENERCOM`s Rota-Tube dryers,suitable for high capacity continuous processes. (Fish meal and rendering industry)  

 Rota-Disc

Rota-Disc dryer are especially useful when in need to dry high moisture products or sticky materials (high moisture fishmeal, water treatment plant sludges).

 Single or double Screw Dryers

Ideal for high viscosity products (molybdenum, copper, gold and silver concentrates, and fish cooking). It has the added advantage of being self cleaning, avoiding an agglomeration of the product obstructing the process.
